MANITAS COMPASIVAS CORP USA started as MANITAS COMPASIVAS CLINICA DENTAL in 2023 in the Dominican Republic. It was founded by Osvaldo Serra & His Wife, Hilda Lopez who has been in the dental field for over 30 years. MANITAS COMPASIVAS CORP USA directly supports MANITAS COMPAISVAS CLINICA DENTAL along with other causes. MANITAS COMPASIVAS has expanded so much that we are able to provide financial relief, donations, and food to underserved and impoverished communities in Peru, Panama, and Dominican Republic. Sponsoring a Student's Education

MANITAS COMPASIVAS has a newly developed program where we sponsor students from underserved/impoverished communities to obtain higher education in their communities. There is an application process, and certain qualifications must be met before sponsorship is approved. MANITAS COMPASIVAS covers cost of tuition, supplies, uniforms, books, and other approved educational expenses. Your Monetary Donations help make this ongoing work possible.

COMPASIVAS has adapted to be able

to provide food for the homeless and

street-working women of the

Dominican Republic. Their primary

focus of this cause is just like the

name says, "First is to Eat". This

causes provides hot and ready-to-eat

meals for the homeless and their

children and women of the street

MANITAS COMPASIVAS started as a

non-profit organization in the

Dominican Republic. Our organization

in the Dominican Republic is centered

around dental care. At MANITAS

COMPASIVAS CLINICA DENTAL, we

provide dental care to all ages within

those communities in need. The services

we provide include braces, same-day

dentures, bleaching, dental prosthetics,

root canal treatment, and dental

bridges. At Clinica Dental we also

sponsor children to receive dental

treatment as well.

Manitas Compasivas Clinica Dental in Dominican Republic

MANITAS COMPASIVAS got involved for

the first time in helping these girls during a mission trip to the Dominican Republic in 2023 with the Assemblies of God. During this mission trip, MANITAS COMPASIVAS worked with an orphanage that housed girls who were victims of human trafficking. Over time, Hilda López, co-founder of MANITAS COMPASIVAS, and Dr. Patzel, with her assistant, became godmothers to these girls. They stay in touch with them and provide help to the orphanage where they live. The girls receive dental care every six months and are also assisted by our foundation to receive donations. MANITAS COMPASIVAS is committed to making a difference in these girls’ lives and also organizes events for them to enjoy their time now that they are safe. Their most recent outing was going to the movies for the first time.

There is an orphanage in the Dominican Republic that holds a special place in MANITAS COMPASIVAS' heart: Orphanage Bethezta. When Hilda Lopez, Co-Founder of MANITAS COMPASIVAS, started missionary work with the children of the Dominican Republic, she started with Orphanage Bethezta. The children housed by this orphanage have faced many life challenges, some since birth. These children have been abandoned, mistreated, and some having some serious health issues that have required us as MANITAS COMPASIVAS to intervene financially & medically. Your donations have made this possible. There are many renovations still to come and with your continued support we believe we can enhance these children's lives. We are taking donations of any kind, infant to teen-age, to make these changes possible. In our upcoming plans for renovation we will reconstruct bedrooms, restrooms, and paint the walls of the Orphanage. With your monetary and food donations we can continue to support these children through medical intervention, providing meals and dental care.

Orphanage Bethezta

MANITAS COMPASIVAS has partnered

with surrounding communities of the

PERU mountains to provide direct

relief to the children living in poverty in those Mountains. MANITAS COMPASIVAS has provided food,

clothing, toys and has provided dental treatment for those children in need. Your donations make this ongoing

work possible. MANITAS COMPASIVAS is currently taking monetary donations for a new construction project for the mountain community of Lima, PERU. MANITAS COMPASIVAS is taking monetary donations to construct a new recreation center for the children of Lima. This recreation center will service over 5,000 children. Not only has MANITAS COMPASIVAS provided support to the Children of the Mountains of Peru, but they have also provided support to their adults and families as well. With Peru having many villages in poverty, MANITAS COMPASIVAS has provided numerous monetary donations to be able to support those communities. We have sponsored a Clinic that provides drug and alcohol treatment, have helped construct a mess hall for dining and have also provided dental care to those in need. During the holidays we also arrange Christmas events for the children to

receive toys and food.
